Hello Team, I hope this email finds you well.I am writing to formally request a moratorium on the repayment of my education loan (Loan Account Number: 100319031557) for a period of one year. I came to Canada to pursue my higher studies in Quality Assurance - Manufacturing and Management. But for my permanent residency and extended duration post graduate work permit ,I was forced to take admission for one more program to complete two year of study in Canada.I completed my studies in October 2024 and I have been actively seeking permanent employment in Canada since completing my education; however, due to the current challenging job market conditions and trade related issues between the United States and Canada, I have not been able to secure a stable position. This has significantly affected my financial stability, making it extremely difficult for me to manage loan repayments at this time. As I am currently paying 5000 INR as simple interest and from September 2025 I was supposed to pay an EMI of 50,684 INR. I Would like to request an extension on this repayment for 1 year. I assure you that I am continuously striving to find suitable employment and remain committed to honoring my financial obligations. I am confident that with some additional time, I will be able to secure a permanent role and resume regular payments. In light of this, I kindly request you to consider granting me a moratorium on my loan for a period of 12 months. I am also willing to provide any supporting documentation required to process this request. Your understanding and support during this difficult period would be immensely appreciated.
